About r778 — Built for Pakistan's Online Gaming Community
r778 is an online gaming and sports betting platform built with Pakistani players at the centre of every decision — from the markets we cover to the tools we provide for responsible play. Here's the full picture of who we are, what we stand for and why we do what we do.
The r778 Story
r778 was conceived with a straightforward idea: Pakistani players deserve an online gaming platform that respects them — one that presents odds clearly, explains its terms in plain English, protects their data, and takes responsible gambling as seriously as it takes entertainment. The name r778 was chosen to be simple, memorable and easy to type whether you're in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan or Peshawar.
Online sports betting and casino gaming have grown significantly in Pakistan's digital landscape, driven by widespread smartphone adoption, affordable mobile data and a young, sports-passionate population. From the electric atmosphere of PSL matches in Lahore's Gaddafi Stadium to the roar of ICC tournament nights watched across the country, Pakistanis engage with sport deeply — and r778 was built to channel that engagement into a platform experience that is fair, transparent and feature-rich.
What sets r778 apart is not a list of marketing promises — it is a set of operating principles. We present betting odds in clear decimal format. We write our terms and conditions in accessible English so every user understands the wagering requirements, withdrawal conditions and promotional rules before they commit a single Rupee. We surface responsible gambling controls prominently — not buried in a help section. And we make our Privacy Policy available clearly, so you know exactly how your data is handled.
r778 serves Pakistani players who value transparency and expect a platform to work as described. Whether you're a cricket betting enthusiast tracking Pakistan's T20 fixtures, a live casino fan who enjoys baccarat or live roulette after a long day, or a football follower watching European leagues and local tournaments — r778 is designed to serve your interests with minimal friction and maximum clarity.
We acknowledge that online gambling is a sensitive topic in Pakistan. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 imposes restrictions on gambling activity, and we do not make any claim that online gambling is permitted, licensed or approved by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA or any Pakistani authority. It remains each user's responsibility to understand and comply with the laws applicable to their location. r778 operates as an information and platform resource; we do not provide legal advice, and users should seek qualified legal counsel if they have questions about their local legal position.
What r778 Stands For
Six core values guide every decision at r778 — from how we present odds to how we handle a withdrawal request at 3am in Peshawar.
Radical Transparency
Every promotion, wagering requirement, withdrawal condition and fee is written in clear English and accessible from the platform at all times. We do not hide terms in footnotes or obscure conditions in dense legalese. If a bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement on PKR 1,000, we say so — plainly, upfront.
Player Protection First
Responsible gambling tools are built into the platform — not bolted on as an afterthought. Deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls and self-exclusion options are accessible from your account settings. r778 takes the welfare of its users seriously and will not knowingly allow gambling beyond a player's declared limits.
Mobile-First Experience
Most Pakistani players access online platforms through smartphones — often on 4G connections in busy cities or quieter towns. r778's interface is designed to load fast, display cleanly and remain fully functional on mobile, whether you're checking PSL odds in Lahore or spinning a live roulette table from Islamabad.
Data Privacy & Security
Your personal information — name, CNIC details submitted during KYC, contact data and usage patterns — is handled with care. r778 uses SSL encryption and does not sell user data to third parties. Our full data practices are documented in the Privacy Policy, written in plain English and always available on this site.
Local Context, International Standards
r778 is an English-language platform built with Pakistani users' context in mind. Amounts are referenced in PKR. Familiar payment services like Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are acknowledged as part of the local payment landscape — as context only, not as endorsements of gambling by those providers.
Responsive, Human Support
Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Responses are provided in English, with Urdu available where possible. Whether you have a question about a payment delay, a KYC document, or a responsible gambling concern, a real person will engage with your query — not just an automated response.
What r778 Offers Pakistani Players
r778 covers the sports, casino categories and platform features that Pakistani users engage with most — all accessible from a single account.
Cricket & PSL Betting
Pakistan cricket is at the heart of r778's sportsbook. Match winner, top batsman, over/under runs, session betting and live in-play markets are available across Test, ODI and T20 formats — including ICC tournaments and PSL fixtures.
Football & International Sports
Major European leagues, the FIFA World Cup, UEFA competitions, UFC and other international sports events are covered with competitive odds and a variety of bet types including match result, Asian handicap and both-teams-to-score.
Live Dealer Casino
Real-time live dealer tables for baccarat, blackjack, roulette and game-show style formats, streamed in HD. Live dealer games are among the most popular categories on r778 for Pakistani players looking for an immersive casino experience.
Slots & RNG Games
A broad catalogue of video slots from established software providers, including various volatility levels and RTP ratings. Slot filters let you sort by volatility, theme or jackpot type so you can find the right game for your bankroll and play style.
Live In-Play Betting
React to match developments in real time. Odds shift as wickets fall, goals are scored or rounds progress — giving players who follow the action closely a genuine edge over pre-match only bettors. Live betting is available across cricket, football, tennis and UFC.
Promotions & Loyalty Rewards
r778 runs a range of promotional offers for both new and returning players — including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback on net losses and long-term VIP rewards. All promotion terms are clearly documented with wagering requirements stated upfront.
How We Serve You Better
These aren't aspirational slogans — they are operational commitments that shape how r778 runs day to day. Hold us to them.
Plain-Language Terms, Always
We commit to writing our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and bonus rules in clear, accessible English. No buried clauses, no retroactively changed conditions without adequate notice to registered users.
Transparent Odds Presentation
All betting odds are presented in decimal format by default. The margin (house edge) built into each market is not artificially inflated beyond industry norms. We do not selectively hide unfavourable odds in secondary menus.
Responsible Gambling Tools Are Non-Optional
Deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion are built into the platform and accessible at any time. When a player sets a limit, it is enforced. When a player requests self-exclusion, it is applied without delay or pressure to reverse the decision.
KYC Without Unnecessary Friction
Identity verification is a legal requirement for responsible platform operation — not an obstacle. r778 aims to process standard KYC submissions efficiently and to communicate clearly if additional documentation is required. Your CNIC and address data is stored securely.
Withdrawals Processed Fairly
Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, subject to verification status and wagering condition completion. We do not delay withdrawals unreasonably or introduce post-hoc conditions not stated at the time of deposit. Processing timelines are stated clearly in the terms.
Email Support — Seven Days a Week
Support is available around the clock. We aim to respond to email enquiries within a reasonable timeframe and to resolve account issues — including payment queries and KYC concerns — without unnecessary back-and-forth. Reach us at [email protected].
Serving Players Across Pakistan
r778 is accessible to players across all major Pakistani cities. Our platform runs equally well whether you're on fibre in a metropolitan hub or 4G on the go in a smaller city.
