These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between r778 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at https://r778.cam ("the Website").

r778 is an online gaming and sports betting platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and r778. r778 reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches and to suspend or terminate accounts, void bets, reverse bonus credits and withhold funds where a breach is identified or reasonably suspected.

All bets placed on r778 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, event or game type. General betting rules are as follows:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted only when confirmed by the platform and assigned a unique bet reference number. r778 reserves the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, without obligation to provide a reason. In the event of a system error or manifest pricing error, r778 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the user's account.

6.2 Odds & Market Settlement

Bets placed during a suspended period are held pending resolution. r778 is not responsible for communications delays that affect a user's ability to place or cancel in-play bets.

6.4 Casino & Live Dealer Games

All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables and RNG-based games — are governed by the rules of the individual game as defined by the software provider. RTP (Return to Player) percentages and house edge values are as published in the game description. r778 does not alter the underlying game mathematics.

Any unauthorised use of r778's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the platform and may give rise to legal claims.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r778 excludes all liability for:

• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security

r778's total liability to any user in connection with the platform, in any calendar month, shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user in that month. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

r778 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe
• Use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful
• Any conduct that, in r778's judgement, is detrimental to the integrity of the platform or to other users

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonuses subject to wagering requirements) will be reviewed for return to the user, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks. Bonus balances are forfeited upon termination for cause.
